Visualisation is something a lot of people may have heard of and suprsingly, it’s used by many athletic professionals to manifest and visualise their succces. In this course, we’ll look at the science behind and explain what visualisation is whilst also covering several other aspects as we continue our inner wellness journey.

Key objectives:

This is the fourth course in the inner wellness series and this time, we’ll be going through the third inner wellness step. This next step is all about visualisation and thinking about where you want to be, or what you want to achieve. Focussing on this can give us a sense of purpose and improve our wellbeing, which together can help us mentally achieve these goals.
