This course is looking at the big things in life that we should be grateful for, helping us understand the benefits this can bring when we take time to truly acknowledge these.

Key objectives:

This is the third course in the inner wellness series, and in this course, we’ll be going through the second inner wellness step. This step is all about gratitude and being grateful, especially for the big things in our lives. We’ll explain in more detail throughout the course before giving you an opportunity to try it out yourself.
