We’ve already looked at the big things in our lives we should be grateful for, but there are also much smaller things we can give gratitude for. This could be something as simple as hearing your favourite song on the radio, waking up to the sunshine this morning or whatever springs to mind, but join us on this next course to dive on in and learn more.

Key objectives:

This is the fifth course in the inner wellness series, and in it, we’ll be going through the fourth inner wellness step. This step is the second part to gratitude, but this time, it’s all about the small stuff. This could be something that happens every day and something you maybe take for granted, but we’ll explain this in more detail and as always, you’ll have an opportunity to practice this step yourself.
