Within this course, we’ll help you understand what contemplation is and show you how to pracice it, whilst also beggining our journey on the history of inner wellness.
This is the second course in the inner wellness series, and today, we’ll be showing you the first step in Suhail Mirza’s inclusive inner wellness approach. This first step is all about contemplation, which we’ll explain in more detail before giving you an opportunity to try it for yourself.
