Advanced Seizure Treatments
Building on FuturU’s existing Epilepsy and Seizure Management course, the new Advanced Seizure Treatments course will provide you with an in-depth knowledge of the most up-to-date treatments. Covering a wide range of treatments and some medications, this course is designed to be flexible, allowing learners to focus on specific areas of interest and easily refresh their knowledge as needed.
Advanced seizure treatments covered in this course include:
- Buccal Midazolam
- VNS

- Rectal Diazepam.
Chest Physiotherapy Awareness
Our new Chest Physiotherapy Awareness course is tailor-made for carers working with individuals who have difficulty moving or breathing.
While not a comprehensive chest physiotherapy training, this course focuses on the practical techniques you can use to help individuals clear their lungs and improve breathing. This includes how to loosen and lift fluid and solids that might build up in the lungs, and how to look after someone that’s receiving chest physiotherapy.
Through video demonstrations and realistic story-led scenarios, you’ll gain confidence in providing effective care.
