FuturU adds two new leadership Standards to our EPA family

We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve expanded our End-Point Assessment (EPA) offering with the addition of two new Standards: the Level 5 Operations or Departmental Manager and the Level 5 Operations Manager

One thing we pride ourselves on here at FuturU is really listening to what our partners need. The launch of these two new Standards is a direct response to the feedback we’ve received, and an exciting new chapter in our journey to support the development of leadership talent.

And by getting approval for both the Level 5 Operations or Departmental Manager and the Level 5 Operations Manager, we’re ensuring we’re ready for everyone! Whether your learners are just starting the newer Operations Manager apprenticeship, or completing the Operations or Departmental Manager pathway, we’ve got you covered.

These new Standards complement our existing Business and Leadership offering, and join our comprehensive suite of EPAs:

  • Adult care worker (Level 2)
  • Lead adult care worker (Level 3)
  • Lead practitioner in adult care (Level 4)
  • Leader in adult care (Level 5)
  • Business administrator (Level 3)
  • Team leader or supervisor (Level 3).

What to expect when you partner with FuturU

As with all our End-Point Assessments, you can expect the same flexibility, reliability and support our partners have come to expect from us:

  • 100% remote delivery – our assessments are convenient and accessible
  • Transparent pricing – our fees are competitive, with no hidden extras
  • Efficient Gateway process – we guarantee a smooth transition from learning to assessment
  • Experienced assessors – Our team brings a wealth of industry knowledge and assessment expertise
  • Uncompromising quality – our rigorous quality assurance processes ensure the validity, reliability, and integrity of every assessment
  • Quick result turnaround – we minimise waiting times for learners and employers.

We pride ourselves on the comprehensive support we provide to each and every learner. From flexible bookings, revision materials and mock tests, through to guides, how-tos and webinars, our proactive support ensures learners have the best chance of success.
