Why we created these guides
As an approved End-Point Assessment Organisation, FuturU works closely with training providers, employers and apprentices across the adult care sector and beyond. We’ve seen first-hand how the right support can make a big difference.

Here’s just some of the other ways we support apprentices, every step of the way:
- Flexible bookings
Apprentices can book their EPA at a time that suits them, including weekends and early mornings. Our scheduling system offers slots from 7am to 7pm, Monday to Sunday.
- Revision materials and mock tests
Through the FuturU learning platform, apprentices can access revision resources, mock tests, and practice questions tailored to their standard.
- Guides, how-tos and webinars
From interviews with successful apprentices to tips from experienced assessors, we offer a wide range of content to help learners prepare. Apprentices can also join live webinars and Q&As to ask questions and hear advice directly from our team.
- Proactive support
We stay in touch throughout the EPA journey. Apprentices receive regular emails, a pre-assessment call from their assessor, and are encouraged to reach out for help whenever they need it.
