How to use this free download

We’ve created a free downloadable checklist to help you spot potential signs of poor wellbeing relating to; timekeeping and absence, work and productivity, mood and attitude, and appearance and behaviour. 

This download also covers some of the simple ways you can support your team’s wellbeing day-to-day. 

We recommend making a habit of regularly reviewing the checklist for each team member, and incorporating wellbeing-focused questions into your 1:1 discussions. If something feels off, don’t hesitate to have a conversation, but remember, you’re not a GP or therapist, so always signpost professional help if you think it might be needed.
