This FAQ answers some common questions you may have on this change, but for in-depth guidance and timelines tailored to you please keep an eye out for emails from us!
Please note, this FAQ applies to learners accessing FuturU via lpfl.newcrosshealthcare.com or learning.newcrosshealthcare.com. If you’ve already made the move to the new FuturU platform, there is nothing you need to do.
If you’re in any doubt, please keep an eye out for emails from us (and don’t forget to check your junk) – we’re contacting everyone affected by this change in the coming weeks up to Thursday 17 April.
Accessing the new platform
How can I log in to the new FuturU platform for the first time?
Look out for emails from us in the coming weeks with instructions on how to log in to your new FuturU account for the first time.
You will be sent a temporary password to use the first time you log in. Remember to check your Junk inbox if you can’t see an email from us.
Can I access the new FuturU platform via my tablet, laptop or desktop computer?
Absolutely – you can access FuturU via desktop, tablet or mobile.

If you prefer to learn on a desktop computer, you can sign up and access the FuturU learning platform any time on the web too.
I can’t log in - what should I do?
If you’re having trouble logging in to the new FuturU platform, please get in touch with Ant and Kris at support@futuru.ai.
Your learning
Will I be able to access certificates for courses I’ve already completed on the new platform?
Absolutely! Your learning history and certificates will be securely transferred across to the new platform before the old platform is switched off.
Once this has happened, you can head to ‘My Learning’ then ‘Completed’ to view your completed courses. Select a course then hit ‘Download Certificate’ to download your certificate. You can also renew a course here.
I have enrolled in a course, but haven’t finished it yet - will I be able to pick up where I left off in the new platform?
You need to complete any in-progress courses in the old platform before it’s switched off to avoid losing the progress you’ve made. Certificates for any courses you complete by this date will be transferred to the new platform.
If you have any learning in progress, you can expect an email from us with information on when you’ll need to complete this by, and how to log in to the new platform.
Will the same courses be available in the new FuturU platform?
Yep – all the same great courses are available in the new platform, and we’re adding more all the time! To stay up to date on the latest news from FuturU, make sure you’re following us on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

Why do I need to access a new platform?
The old FuturU platform is closing, but all the same great content will be available in our new and improved app. To continue learning with FuturU, you’ll need to download and log in to the new app. We’ll email you with instructions on how to do this.
